About Amana Management Group

Amana Management Group (“Amana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a telehealth platform that connects eligible users with independent, licensed healthcare providers for virtual urgent care and telehealth services. Amana Management Group does not practice medicine and does not interfere with the professional judgment of healthcare providers. Medical services are provided solely by independent providers who are responsible for the care they deliver.

Scope of Telehealth Services

Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients when the provider and patient are not in the same physical location. You understand and agree that:
  • Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person emergency care
  • Services are limited to non-emergency, mild to moderate conditions
  • Certain conditions require in-person evaluation and cannot be treated via telehealth
  • Providers may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

No Guarantee of Diagnosis, Treatment, or Prescription

Medical care delivered through telehealth has inherent limitations. You acknowledge that:
  • No specific medical outcome, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is guaranteed
  • Prescriptions are issued only if clinically appropriate, at the sole discretion of the provider
  • Some medications, including controlled substances, may not be prescribed via telehealth
  • Refill requests are subject to medical review and eligibility

Informed Consent for Telehealth

By using the Services, you provide informed consent and acknowledge that:
  • Telehealth may involve the electronic transmission of personal health information
  • Technical issues or data limitations may impact care delivery
  • Lack of physical examination may affect diagnostic accuracy
  • You may withdraw consent to telehealth services at any time
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information, including medications, allergies, and medical history.

User Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who:
  • Are located in the United States
  • Are legally able to consent to medical services
  • Meet state-specific eligibility requirements
  • Are not accessing the Site for testing, investigative, or legal claim-building purposes
Parents or legal guardians may act on behalf of minors where permitted by law.

  • Administrative notices
  • Service updates
You may opt out of non-essential communications where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Electronic communications may not always be secure.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Fast Billing Solutions, you may receive messages related to the following:

Billing Inquiries

Authorization has been approved for that patient.
Appointment Reminders

> Hello Dr. [Dr.’s Last Name], this is Anderson from Amana, reminding you of your patient appointment tomorrow at 10:00 AM.

Billing Report Reminder
Hello Dr. [Dr.’s Last Name], this is Addy from Amana. We’ve sent your practice’s monthly billing report via email. Please check.

3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You will receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your billing need.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.


5- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Fast Billing Solutions in the following way:

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you cancontact usdirectly to request removal from our messaging list.


7- Help:
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us byclicking here.


Additional Options:

Fees & Payments

Amana Management Group does not guarantee reimbursement by insurance providers.
